These sessions are for individuals craving deeper, accelerated transformation. Intensives allow you to focus in a structured, accelerated format: 90-minute, 3-hour, or multi-day sessions.
Designed for those that are ready to release long-held patterns, address trauma, stop looping in anxiety, and experience relief that lasts.
Therapy Intensives

Mindfulness sessions help you shift from feeling overwhelmed to feeling present and in control. You’ll learn simple, practical tools to quiet racing thoughts, tune in to what your body needs, and respond instead of react.
We use grounding exercises, deep breathing techniques, and somatic practices to help you regulate your nervous system and build a calmer, steadier relationship with yourself.
Perfect for anyone trying to move out of survival mode and back into alignment.
Breathwork/Mindfulness

Yoga/Gentle Movement
These sessions blend trauma-informed yoga, stretching, and simple movement to help you release tension, reconnect with your body, and create ease from the inside out.
Expect soft, supportive guidance nothing fast or forceful. Each pose is paired with mindful breathwork so your body and mind learn how to reset together.
Ideal for those who always “on,” hold everything in, or never get a moment to breathe. This is intentional movement designed for emotional regulation, grounding, and restoration.

Meditation sessions help you develop inner stillness, emotional clarity, and a healthier relationship with your thoughts.
We’ll explore guided, breath-based, somatic, and visualization practices that support anxiety reduction, stress relief, and spiritual grounding.
Whether you’re a beginner or returning to your practice, meditation becomes a tool for resetting your energy, calming your mind, and holding yourself with more compassion throughout the day.
